Beyond Leadership Transition Coaching
Beyond leadership coaching is focused on late career leaders and managers looking into retirement or retired already, and wanting to explore how to use their knowledge, skills and experience in service of their organizations and beyond.
LC helps leaders transition effectively from workng and building a legacy in their organizations to finding meaning and purpose in retirement. They learn to refocus their energy to continue being productive doing the things they are passionate about, and enriching the communities they belong to.
360-degree feedback is a survey technique used as a developmental tool to gather feedback from multiple sources. LC uses the 360-Facilitated which is an online assessment survey that solicits input from self, boss, direct reports and peers.
The 360-Facilitated uses a developmental-based collaborative process that puts aside judging, and promotes open communication and trust. It aligns the manager and staff towards a common purpose and promotes learning for the manager and team. The process includes a team feedback session leading to joint action plans that are fully supported and implemented by all.
Unlike appraisal/competency-based assessments, where assessors rate past performance, the 360 Facilitated focuses on the desired level of future behaviors. This focuses the toool on a collaborative process, using non-judgmental feedback, to develop action plans for the manager (and team’s) development. The questions cover a range of People and Task Leadership and Management behaviors.
Increased self-awareness gained through the 360-degree feedback process enhances performance and quality of relationships. LC uses feedback to influence clients to start, stop or continue specific behaviors. Through this process, they learn what they are doing right, and also identify areas for improvement and change. Feedback data is also used to bring managers and teams together in pursuit of organizational goals.

Leading Others views leadership as the art of influencing and working effectively through others. LC offers Leadership Development customized training focused on relevant areas such as Team Building and Coaching.
Training activities are built around experiential exercises that help participants gain new skills that they can immediately apply to their work. Training session are highly interactive, and based on the learning principle that adults learn best by doing.
After being introduced to a theory or concept, participants are given the opportunity to process the information and relate it to their own experience through activities designed to meet the intended goals for each session.

LC Development Model
The LC Development Model uses a tailored mix of Leadership Development Training and Coaching services to meet the development needs of our clients.
Our Model approaches development at three different levels, namely organization (Leading Systems), teams (Leading Others) and individuals (Leading Self). As organizational transformation starts with the personal transformation of leaders, the Self is the core of our Model. Co-creating strategic alignment and shaping the culture of the organization represented by shared values are key roles of leaders and the overarching goals of our Development Model.
