Leadership Centrik (LC) is an Organization Development and Change consulting firm that specializes in developing leaders as drivers of strategic change and innovation.
LC helps organizations leverage leadership talent through Leadership Coaching and customized learning and development activities. We consult with senior leadership teams to help them align with the mission and values of the organization. Articulating a clear strategic purpose and shared values holds an organization together, and focuses people’s energy on what really matters to the organization.
We do not prescribe solutions; we help clients find their own. We build strong partnership with clients, earning trust and credibility at all levels of the organization. Recent clients include directors, managers, supervisors and staff level groups from private sector, non-profit and Government agencies in Washington DC and regional offices across the United States.

"I used to think that running an organization was equivalent to conducting a symphony orchestra. But I don’t think that’s quite it; it’s more like jazz. There is more improvisation." Warren Bennis
At LCi, we do not prescribe solutions; we help clients find their own. We assess the needs of our clients, and customize solutions that not only meet their business objectives, but that are also aligned with their mission, vision and corporate values.
Our approach follows a cycle of four sequential steps:
We identify areas for improvement from an appreciative standpoint that honors the history and current reality of our clients.
We use assessment results to design customized programs focused on achieving strategic objectives and closing performance gaps.
We facilitate change processes that minimize resistance and encourage employee engagement.
We take pre- and post-measures to assess the impact of our interventions on the quality of the work environment and return on investment (ROI).
